Friends Don’t Let Friends Plan Suicides

Oct 21, 2020 | Health

Friends Don’t Let Friends Plan Suicides

If someone you know comes to you and says they are thinking about suicide, don’t do nothing. They make take it as tacit endorsement of their plan.

If you are not comfortable talking to someone directly about the subject, get someone else involved. Refer them to a crisis hotline. Or just say, “I’m not equipped to handle this.”

But don’t ignore or ghost them.
